The idea for the graphical concept for the international airport Vnukovo /architect Leonid Borzenkov is inspired by the architectural elements of wooden architecture of the Russian North. The mythical animals and geometrical elements are modernized and attached to the function of the certain departments - lion for douane, birds for bagage and departure areas.
